I could fill the staple center with all the shit I want…. but for this post we’ll focus on my immediete wants for 2010.
The following are in no particular order seeing is that I don’t technically need any of it… Depending on how much disposable income or savings I have throughout the year I will undoubtedly rationalize EVERYTHING I get off this list as a need at time of purchase.
1. Pictured above is Panassonic Lumix GF1, Panassonics try at a new category of cameras EVIL that is making me think about putting my Canon Xsi DSLR on craigslist so I can upgrade to this. It’s a Hybrid of Digital Compact and DSLR. Without mirrors its able to be relatively as thin as compact digital cams but it has the huge sensor of a DSLR which allows for those great pics. It also has the ability to change lenses like a DSLR which is why I bought a DSLR in the first place. With an adapter most current DSLR lenses can fit on this too…
So from where I sit the only downside is paying the early adopters fee…. MSRP: $900
2. I’ve been a raw denim enthusiast since about 2006.. My first fray into this realm was with some nudies, then branched out into A.P.C.’s then to KMW 1950’s… Now I want a pair of the self edge x Iron heart colabs… Went to there NY store and tried on Iron Hearts flag ship cut the 634’s which is what I originally was going to get but homie Allen who works there suggested I try on a few other cuts and I LOVED the collab they did the best. OF COURSE.. because i’m me the “Born Tuff” cut costs more…

3. Drobo S
3. I’ve wanted this since I heard about it after my iMac’s hard drive failed. This was the first time my hd had failed and it couldn’t have happened at a worse time. I’ve had a computer in my house since before I was born, I think my dad had a Mac Lisa.. At any rate, my first hard drive failure didn’t happen until about 6-8 months after the birth of my Twins. I had about 2300 pictures of my then girlfriends pregnancy, and pics of the twins from birth to 6-8 month, GONE. A tiny fraction of those pics were on flickr, and I also had a Macbook Pro so I had some pics on that but the majority of my storage tasks were handled by the iMac. After that I’ve implemented a backup system with my networked hard drive but if you’ve ever lost data, especially data like that, that can’t be replaced, you never feel safe.
The drobo offers care free data backup for the inevitable Hard drive failure… This year I definitely will be purchasing one of these. I’m thinking about it like car insurance or condoms— You hate having to pay for that shit, but you HAVE TO. Not only is it good for data safety but I download shit EVERYDAY… HD movies, HD TV Shows, Music, whatever. This is the era of not having to delete shit. As manufactures increase HD capacity your able to just replace the smaller HD in the drobo and keep it moving. [Jay-z vocals] “That’s so necessary”

This east coast snow blizzard is not a joke! almost reminiscent of the blizzard of 96 and it is still going till tonight/tomorrow. There is even meant to be thundersnow!! Might as well lighten the load i have to do tomorrow. (Prays sun comes out and clears the streets)

Long gone are the days where 100% of my money was disposable. The days where $400 out of $600 made when straight to kicks or whatever other shit I was on.
But still. How long can one deprive themselves of the creature comforts which enrich are lives?
With that Said I will be making a list (fuck checking it twice) of shit that i’ve wanted that I’ve put off due to responsibilities, lack of disposable funds or guilt of actually spending money on ‘non-necessities’ while still living at home.

What would be the point for jay? Everybody is hyping up a Jay & 50 beef too as if that would be good.
50 can’t even handle Rick Ross… His only real method in beef is outside of the studio. Fucking baby moms and taking pics with kids and such.
Jay is Richer then 50 so I can’t see him bribing any of Jays people to embarrass him with.
Except for maybe Beanie Siegel.. and the general consensus is it’s just sad. Everybody has respect for Beans but what he’s doing is only embarrassing himself.
